APPLE AND BEETROOT JUICE FOR KIDS
This drink which i make almost every day for my kid & myself..

This juice also helps to reduce weight and for kids also help to maintain a healthy weight ,I started this juice for my boy at age of 1 year ..
Beetroot is a healthy vegetable ,its help us to lower the blood pressure, improves exercise stamina,
May improve muscle power in people with heart failure, may prevent cancer...
In this recipe i didn't use sugar but you can add honey or palm.. I used raisins and Dates which is again good for health..

Ingredients:
- Beetroot -1/2 beetroot
- Apple-1 large
- Dates- 2 no
- Raisins-1 tbsp
- Water as required
- Honey or sugar as per taste
Method:
- First grate Beetroot and apple and cut into pieces.
- Take raisins and dates.
- Take all the ingredients in a blender and grain it.
- And strain it .
- serve.
