CHILLI CHUTNEY
Chili chutney or Milaigai chutney with step by step picture.
Its very easy to prepare and very tasty ,spicy and very delicious chutney.

CHILLI CHUTNEY RECIPES:

Ingredients:
- Red Chillies - 10
- Garlic - 4 large cloves
- Salt to taste
- Gingelly Oil - 4 tbsp
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
- Urad dal - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves -a sprig
- Hing/Perungayam-1tsp
- Tamarind-1 inch
- Water -as required
Method:
- Now lets make chutney. Take dry red chillies, tamarind and garlic in a blender.
- Add in salt.
- Grind it into a smooth paste adding little bit water.
- Heat oil in pan and add mustard seed ,let it sizzle
- Then add urad dal, curry leaves, hing.
- And transfer into chutney and mix well.
- Serve this chutney with Dosa and idli.
