SPICY EGG SANDWICH

Spicy Egg Sandwich recipe with step by step photos - Learn to make  different kinds of egg sandwich recipes, makes a good breakfast or a snack.

This is one sandwich which i made recently, the filling is based on mayo and eggs. It tasted so amazing, that i have to share it here. This makes a great lunch box recipe too. So try this out and let me know how it turned for you.

Spicy Egg Sandwich Recipes:


prep time:10 min
cooking time:10 min
total time:20 min

Ingredients:

  • Egg-2 no
  • Mayonnaise-3 tbsp
  • Black pepper- 2tbsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Red chilli Sauce-2 tbsp
  • Bread slices-4 no

Method:

  1. Add eggs to water and bring it to a boil. Cook it for 7 to 8 mins. 
  2. Remove from water and let it cool completely. 
  3. Now peel them and chop them into small pieces.
  4. Now take a bread slice, first apply mayo on the bread.
  5. Then add chopped egg pieces, spread it equally.
  6. At top of the egg sprinkle salt and pepper.
  7. Then Just squeeze some red chilli sauce at top.
  8. Cover it with another slice of bread.
  9. Now heat a tawa or sandwich maker and drizzle some oil in it. Now place the sandwich in the tawa and toast till golden.
  10. Remove and Cut into triangles.
  11. Serve.
