Super spicy and delicious fish 65 which taste so yummy. It is perfect as a appetizer for parties as well. This will be your kids favorite.

Ingredients:

  • Boneless Fish - 500 grams
  • Lemon Juice - 1 to 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi - 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  • Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt / Curd - 2 tbsp
  • Red Food Colour - few drops (optional)
  • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 4 tbsp
  • Cornflour - 2 tbsp
  • Rice Flour - 2 tbsp
  • Oil

Method:

  1. Take all ingredients till yogurt in a bowl. Mix well. Leave to marinate for 30 mins to overnight.
  2. Take it from fridge before 30 mins of frying.
  3. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
  4. Drop in hot oil and fry till golden brown.
  5. Drain and serve.

Saravana bhavan style channa kurma

SARAVANA BHAVAN STYLE CHANNA KURMA This is purely South Indian style kuruma type chana masala (Kondakadalai kurma in Tamil). This not north indian style channa masala. I followed my Saravana bhavan kurma recipe with small changes and made this korma adding kondakadalai/Chickpeas. You can use black chana as well.
