And this chocolate icecream is not a exception, this is one the best icecream you will ever taste. It is like chocolate perfection. So creamy, so chocolaty and so good. I love chocolate icecream more than any icecreams, but hubby is not a big fan of it. 

You can make any flavours using the base, it taste creamy and delicious. This recipe is very basic you don’t have to worry about making custard for this. Such a basic recipe even your kids can make this recipe in no time at all. So far i made

Ingredients:

  • Heavy Whipping Cream - 1 cup
  • Sweetned Condensed Milk - ½ cup to ¾ cup
  • Cocoa powder-2tbsp
  • Chocolate chips-3tbsp
  • Chocolate sauce -as per required

Method:

  1. Take cream in a bowl and whisk till little thick.
  2. Add condensed milk ,Cocoa powder and vanilla essence mix well.
  3. Pour this mixture in air tight container, add chocolate chips  mix well .
  4. Add chocolate sauce on the top and use backside of spoon just scribble and freeze for over night
  5. Scoop and serve with chocolate sauce as topping.

1)Take a cream in bowl ,try to use heavy whipping  cold cream so you can whip it easily

2)Use hand blender whip it till they thick little bit

3)Add condensed milk(i use milkmaid), vanilla extract and cocoa powder mix well

4)Should be thick little bit

5)Pour this mixture in air tight container add chocolate chips and freeze for overnight


6)Add chocolate sauce on the top and use backside of spoon just scribble and freeze for over night


7)Serve plain or add chocolate sauce  as topping and enjoy
