Ingredients:
- Onion chopped-1 no
- Tomato chopped-1 no
- Green chili-2 slit
- Nalli elumbu/Bone marrow-200 gram
- Pattai-1 inch
- Lavangam-2 no
- Mace-1 no
- oil- As required
- Ginger&Garlic paste- 1tbsp
- Red chilli powder-1tbsp
- Dhanaya powder-1tbsp
- Turmeric powder-1 tsp
- Black pepper powder-1 tsp
- Garam masala powder-1tsp
- Water-As required
- Salt as per taste
- Coriander leaves- 1 spring
Method:
- First clean the nalli elumbu and keep separately.
- Then take cooker add oil and add Garam masala, onion chopped and green chilli and saute till golden colour.
- Then add tomato chopped ,cook till mushy and add bone marrow mix well.
- Now add whole spices and ginger&garlic paste mix well.
- Then add required water and close the lid cook for 5 whistles in high flame.
- After pressure release ,open the lid and add black pepper and garam masala and cook till they thick consistency.
- Then serve it with idli or dosa.
