This drink which i make almost every day for my kid & myself..

As there is a saying 'An apple a days keeps the doctor away; you will surely want to provide all the health possible for your kid. Apples are rich in antioxidants ,minerals and vitamins like A, B1,
B2 and C..vitamins which are responsible for the development of muscle tissue , skin, blood and bones in children..

In this juice i add Almonds, Raisins ,Dates.Raisins are packed with energy and rich in fibervitamins, and minerals.I used both colour raisins ,black raisins are much helpful in increasing the haemoglobin level. Almonds contain lots of healthy fats, fiberproteinmagnesium and vitamin E

Ingredients:

  • Apple-1no
  • Regular raisins-4 to 5no
  • Black raisins-4 no
  • Dates-3no
  • Almonds/Badam-4 no
  • Water as required

Method:

  1. First pell the skin and chop the apple.
  2. Take all dry fruits.
  3. Then in blender take all the ingredients and water and blend it.
  4. Then strain it (our wish only otherwise drink directly).
  5. Serve it.

Saravana bhavan style channa kurma

SARAVANA BHAVAN STYLE CHANNA KURMA This is purely South Indian style kuruma type chana masala (Kondakadalai kurma in Tamil). This not north indian style channa masala. I followed my Saravana bhavan kurma recipe with small changes and made this korma adding kondakadalai/Chickpeas. You can use black chana as well.
