It is a simple recipe with basic ingredients and egg curry is commonly made when we do not wish to eat mutton or chicken in our daily regular diet....


This recipe is best combination for rasam or sambar rice.even with plain rice also taste will be good or simply stuffed with bread or roti .......

This is a basic masala and we can stuffed in dosa or bread or even in roti and served it....

Ingredients:

  • Boiled egg-2 no
  • Onion chopped-1 no
  • Tomato chopped-1/2 no
  • Green chilli-1 no
  • Ginger&garlic paste-1 tbsp
  • Chilli powder-1/2 tbsp
  • Pepper powder-1tsp
  • Garam masala powder-1tsp
  • Cumin powder-1 tsp
  • Sombu powder-1tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Water-2 tbsp
  • Dhanaya leaves-1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First boil the egg then remove the shell and keep separately.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add onion chopped and green chilli saute till colour change.
  3. Then add chopped tomato cook till it turns into mushy.
  4. Add ginger&garlic paste saute for few minutes.
  5. Now add all spice powder mix well.
  6. Splash little water and cook well till raw smell gone.
  7. Then grate the boiled and cook in high flame till masala coated well with egg.
  8. Add chopped dhanaya leaves mix well.
  9. Serve with hot rice.

Take two boiled and keep separately
