In this recipe we use bone chicken more tasty than boneless chicken, i used what i had on my hand...In this recipe very easy because ,we don't need to use onions and tomatoes..

Ingredients:
- Chicken - ½ kg
- Cashews - 10
- Yogurt / Curd - 3 tbsp
- Elaikai/cardamon-2 no
- Bay leaf/briyani leaf-1no
- Pepper Powder-1tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
- Crushed green chilli-2no(optional)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh Cream - 4 tbsp
- Kasuri Methi Leaves (Dried Fenugreek Leaves) - 1 tbsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Take cashews and yogurt in a blender and puree till smooth.
- Take all ingredients except oil and crushed green chilli in a bowl and mix well. Let it marinate for 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cardamon, bay leaf and Add in chicken pieces and fry till golden brown.
- After that add crushed green chilli mix well(this step is optional only).
- Now add in remaining marinate into the pan, add some water.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 15 to 20 mins.
- Serve.

15)Now the chicken is done. If you want a little more gravy, add some more water and cook.atlast add methi leaves.

- Use bone chicken for this recipe means , we get better taste.
- Green chilli is optional otherwise skip this ingredients.(If you like spicy then add green chilli crushed)
