Ingredients:
- Egg – 2 boiled
- Boiled rice-1 cup
- Onion-1 chopped finely
- Tomato – 1 chopped finely
- Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
- Green chilli – 1chopped
- Mint leaves- a spring
- Saunf / Sombu or Fennel Seeds -1 tbsp
- Pattai/cinnamon-1 inch
- Lavangam/cloves-2 no
- Bay leaf/brinayani leaf-1 no
- Stone flower/kalpasi-little bit
- Red chilli powder-1 tbsp
- Coriander powder/dhanaya powder-1tbsp
- Turmeric powder-1tsp
- Garam masala powder-1tsp
- Pepper powder/milagu powder-1tsp
Method:
- First boil the eggs and remove the shells.
- Then cut the boiled eggs into half.
- Take a pan of oil, add red chilli powder ,turmeric powder and salt little bit and put the eggs in pan and roast upside and down ,slowly without broke the eggs.
- Then in same pan itself add extra oil and add whole garam masala
- Add chopped onion and green chilli saute till turns into golden colour.
- Add mint leaves ant tomato cook till they became mushy.
- And add ginger&garlic paste and all spice powder.
- Add little water cook till raw smell gone and thick.
- Now add roasted egg mix well
- Then add boiled rice mix well without break the eggs.
- Serve it with raita...
