Many kids don't like idli and dosa , this is perfect substitute for kids..They wont like spicy ,so i avoided green chillies in this recipes.. This is plain bonda for kids, definitely they will the bonda..

Ingredients:
- Urad dal -1cup
- ginger -1 tsp
- oil for deep frying
- salt to taste
Instruction:
- Soak urad dal for 4 hours . Drain the water and grind till it is fluffy. Don't add too much water just sprinkle little water at time and grind till urad dal is almost fluffy and light.
- Now take ginger, salt add it and mix well.
- Heat oil for deep frying. drop small batter in and fry till golden and crispy.
- Drain excess oil and serve it.
