The Korma is an ultimate delight for meat lovers. This mutton korma recipe has mutton stirred in with the coconut ,green chilli and spices..

This is a very easy mutton kurma that can be put together in minutes. The addition of coconut makes the kurma very rich. I like to use both green chillies and red chilli powder for this recipe. It adds a nice flavour. Here is how to do mutton kurma Tamilnadu style.

This mutton korma goes very well with pulao, briyani, paratha even with idli and dosa... Even we can serve with plain cooked rice.

I like to make many korma recipes be it with vegetables or non vegetarian and this non veg mutton korma is absolutely delicious and lip smacking one!!!

Non Veg korma recipes can be made in many ways from simple to complicated by using few ingredients to many ingredients… Muslim families make korma recipes quite often and have them with pulao recipes…

The curry has a slightly darker hue due to tea bags that are used while boiling the  chole . This taste so delicious with battura or roti. I made some black tea, strained it and used that in this recipe. If you have those tea bags, throw few when cooking chana in the pressure cooker. The more tea bags you add the more black your chana will be. But don't use too much, else your chana will be bitter. Hope you will give this try and let me know how it turns out for you.
