Hotel style coconut chutney recipes:

Ingredients:
- Fresh Coconut grated –1 cup
- Roasted Gram Dal / Pottu Kadalai – 3 tbsp
- Green Chillies – 3 to 4
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Ginger – 1 inch piece
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
For Seasoning:
- Oil-1tbsp
- Mustard Seeds / Kaduku – 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves – a sprig
Method:
- Take all ingredients in a blender and make it into a fine puree by adding some water.
- Pour that into a bowl and adjust the consistency with water.
- Make seasoning by heating oil and crackling mustard and curry leaves. Pour this over the curry and mix well.
- Serve with idly or dosa.
