Ingredients:
- Toor dal/Thuvaram paruppu-1 cup
- Onion chopped-1 no
- Tomato chopped-1 no
- Curry leaves-1 spring
- Dhanaya leaves- a spring
- Water-1/2 cup
- Pepper as per taste
Method:
- First boil the paruppu and keep separately .
- Then take cooker add oil then add curry leaves, onion chopped, tomato chopped fry till golden colour.
- Then add Thuvaram paruppu boiled water and dhanaya leaves ,salt allow to boil well.
- Then strain it and serve it with pepper.
