Starting your day with this spicy masala omelet with ensure you have a good one. A flavourful onion tomato masala mixed with beaten eggs and some cheese and cooked to perfection. Serve hot with slices of toasted bread or even with rice also..

Ingredients:

Eggs – 2 noOnion – 1 medium size chopped finelyTomato – 1 medium size chopped finelyGreen Chillies – 1 chopped finelyTurmeric Powder – 1/2 tspChilli Powder – 1/2 tspPepper Powder – 1/2 tspGaram masala powder – 1/2 tspSalt to tasteCurry leaves- a spring
Oil – 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mix everything up.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, pour the mix in and cook till the bottom sets. Flip over and cook till the other side is done.
  3. Serve with toasted bread.
