Healthy chicken omelette which is not only delicious but is very easy to make.Here i used onion and tomato ,for healthy diet you can add more veggies like carrot ,cabbage and capsicum more..... You can serve it with rice or enjoy on its own. This is best paleo diet recipe also.

Ingredients:
  • Eggs - 2
  • Cooked Chicken - 1 cup shredded
  • Red chilli powder-1tsp
  • Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder-1tsp
  • Green chilli chopped-1 no
  • Onion - 1 sliced thinly
  • Tomato -1 sliced thinly
  • Ginger&garlic paste-1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Oil for making omelette

Method:


  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.Pour mix in and cook for 2 mins on low heat. Flip over and cook.
  3. Serve hot.

6)now add eggs and mix well

7)Heat oil in a fry pan
