Ingredients:
- Eggs - 2
- Cooked Chicken - 1 cup shredded
- Red chilli powder-1tsp
- Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder-1tsp
- Green chilli chopped-1 no
- Onion - 1 sliced thinly
- Tomato -1 sliced thinly
- Ginger&garlic paste-1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oil for making omelette
Method:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan.Pour mix in and cook for 2 mins on low heat. Flip over and cook.
- Serve hot.
1)Take onion & tomato chopped in a bowl
2)Add chopped green chilli and curry leaves
3)Add ginger&garlic paste
4)Add all spice powder
5)Add cooked shredded chicken
6)now add eggs and mix well
7)Heat oil in a fry pan
8)pour mix in
9)cook till bottom sets and flip over
10)Serve
