APPLE AND CARROT JUICE FOR KIDS...


This drink which i make almost every day for my kid & myself..


As there is a saying 'An apple a days keeps the doctor away; you will surely want to provide all the health possible for your kid. Apples are rich in antioxidants ,minerals and vitamins like A, B1,
B2 and C..vitamins which are responsible for the development of muscle tissue , skin, blood and bones in children..

Carrot  is reach  in beta _ carotene, an essential nutrients that enables healthy growth in children.Beta _carotene plays a significant  role in building immunity and also has anti_ aging  properties..

This apple and carrot juice is a healthy option! Also they also good for weight loss and lower risk of Diabetes..

In this recipe i didn't use sugar but you can add honey or palm.. I used raisins and Dates which is again good for health..

Apple and carrot juice recipes

Ingredients:

  • Carrot-1 large
  • Apple-1 large
  • Raisins -1tsp
  • Dates -2 no
  • Water as needed
  • Sugar or honey to taste

Method:

  1. First grate carrot and apple and cut into pieces.
  2. Take raisins and dates.
  3. Take all the ingredients in a blender and grain it.
  4. And strain it .
  5. serve.
