This apple and carrot juice is a healthy option! Also they also good for weight loss and lower risk of Diabetes..
In this recipe i didn't use sugar but you can add honey or palm.. I used raisins and Dates which is again good for health..
Apple and carrot juice recipes

Ingredients:
- Carrot-1 large
- Apple-1 large
- Raisins -1tsp
- Dates -2 no
- Water as needed
- Sugar or honey to taste
Method:
- First grate carrot and apple and cut into pieces.
- Take raisins and dates.
- Take all the ingredients in a blender and grain it.
- And strain it .
- serve.
