TANDOORI FRIED CHICKEN
Tandoori chicken is chicken dish prepared by roasting chicken marinated in yoghurt and spices in a tandoor, a cylindrical clay oven. The dish originated from the Indian subcontinent and is popular in many other parts of the world.
This is a delicious crunchy chicken which has a coating of breadcrumbs in it. It is super crunchy and stays crunchy for a long time.

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken-500 grams
- Turmeric powder-1tsp
- Tandoori masala-4tbsp
- Tomato ketchup-1tbsp
- Salt as per taste
- Soy sauce-1tsp
- Dark soy sauce-1tsp
- Vinegar-1tbsp
- Sugar-1tsp
- Curd-2tbsp
- Ginger&Garlic paste-2tbsp
- Oil- as per required for frying
- Bread crumbs-as per required
Method:
- First mix Turmeric powder,Tandoori masala, Tomato ketchup, salt, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, vinegar, sugar mix well.
- Then add curd,Ginger&Garlic paste and mixed paste mix well.
- Add chicken mix well and marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
- Coat the chicken in breadcrumbs and deep fry till golden brown.
- Drain and serve.
