RAGI WHEAT DOSA/INSTANT RAGI DOSA
Ragi dosa is a healthy and instant dosa recipe with ragi flour and wheat flour. This dosa is easy and simple to make in just a few mins.
Ragi dosa is an easy and quick dinner option that you can make instantly with ragi and wheat flour. You can even combine both ragi and wheat flour together and store in an airtight container. Whenever you need to make dosa just add buttermilk or water to the flour and make dosas.
SMART COOKING TIPS:
1. Adding buttermilk is optional. You can replace the buttermilk with water. If you do not have buttermilk handy, you can add water to the sour yogurt and blend once in a blender.
2. Cook this dosa over a medium flame, it takes a little longer time to cook compared to the dosa made with rice flour.

Ingredients
- 1 cup RAGI FLOUR
- 1 cup WHEAT FLOUR
- 1 cup BUTTERMILK/CURD
- 1/4 cup WATER
- 1/2 no CHOPPED ONION(optional)
- 2 no GREEN CHILIES(optional)
- CURRY LEAVES
- 1 tsp SALT TABLE
Instructions
- Chop the onion, green chilies, and curry leaves all optional
- In a bowl add ragi flour, wheat flour, salt, curd, water, chopped onion, green chilies, curry leaves and mix well. Allow the batter to sit at room temperature for 20 mins.
- Heat a skillet, pour a spoonful of batter and spread slightly to a thin circle. Drizzle oil on the sides and cook over a medium flame on both sides until the colour changes to dark brown.
- Ragi dosa is ready to serve.
