Ingredients:
- Boneless fish-500 grams
- ginger&garlic paste-1 tbsp
- Salt As per taste
- Red chilli powder-1tsp
- Black pepper powder-1tsp
- Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
- Vinegar or Lemon juice-1 tbsp
For batter:
- Corn flour-1/2 cup
- Maida flour-1/2 cup
- Baking soda-1tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Water as required
For sauce:
- Oil as required
- Salt As per taste
- Green chilli -1 no
- Onion choppe- 1no
- Soy saue-1 tbsp
- Green chilli sauce-1tbsp
- Tomato sauce-1/2 tbsp
- Water-2tbsp
- Corn flour -1 tbsp
- Sugar-1tsp
Method:
- First take boneless fish in a bowl.
- Then add all marination ingredients in fish and mix well.
- Then in bowl add corn flour, maida flour ,salt ,baking soda and water mix well into little thick batter.
- Then dip fish in batter and deep fry in oil till golden colour.Drain.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Saute green chilli, onion chopped ,ginger&garlic paste saute for 2 min.
- Then add soy sauce, green chilli sauce and tomato sauce
- Finally add corn flour mixed with water to it and stir well.
- Once it starts to boil, add fried fish mix well and remove form fire.
- Serve it
