MUTTON DALCHA
Mutton Salna is a side dish that is served along with biryani / parotta…..I am sure most of you love briyani salna combination…this mutton salna recipe is from my MOM. she made this when ever she prepare briyani, I love dalcha for biryani and salna for parotta but salna can go very well even with biryani. tomorrow, wanted to post this easy mutton salna which I made for today's lunch and clicked it too...

Ingredients:
- Mutton-200 grams (Bone plus few small mutton pieces)
- Toor Dal – 3 tbsp
- Big onion – 1 small sized finely chopped
- Tomato – 1 small sized roughly chopped
- Ginger &Garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – a small pinch
- Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1.5 tsp
- Brinjal-1
- Mango-1/2 piece
- Water – 1 cup
- Salt – to taste
To grind:
- Coconut-1 tbsp
- Sombu-1 tsp
Method:
- First pressure cook mutton, toor dal ,salt ,turmeric powder and water for 5 whistles.
- Take pan add oil , onion slices, ginger &garlic paste saute till golden colour.
- Then add brinjal saute lightly.
- Then add tomato chopped,Green chili saute it.
- After that transfer sauted item into mutton stock.
- Then add Red chilli powder,Dhanaya powder, salt allow to cook well.
- Now add mango half and grind paste allow to boil well.
- Serve it with briyani.
