CHEESY PASTA /INDIAN STYLE PASTA

I prepared this recipe in indian style  way, i used ordinary spices which can prepared by all ..

You can customize your pasta dish as you like using this pasta sauce. You could add vegetables in this or you can add some cooked mushrooms ,carrot, capsicum , peas ..even you can add chicken in this. If not just pour the sauce over a plate of hot pasta with a sprinkling of parmesan and you are in business.

Ingredients:

Pasta-1 pocket
Water - as required
Salt -as required
Garlic chopped-6 no
Cashew chopped-5 no
Tomato chopped-2 no
Tomato puree- 3 tbsp
Onion chopped-2 no
Red chilli powder-2 tbsp
Chilli-1 no
Dhanaya powder-1 tbsp
Garam masala-1 tsp
Mozzarella cheese-1.5 cups

Method:

  1. Add in water and bring it to a boil. Add in pasta and cook on a low heat till it is completely cooked.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add garlic, cashew , chilli fry it
  3. Then add onion chopped, salt fry till golden colour.
  4. Add in chopped tomato,Tomato puree and all spice powder mix well and cook till they mushy well.
  5. Now add cooke pasta mix well .
  6. Now add in cheese over the top and place it under the broil or grill for 5 to 6 mins till it is golden and bubbly.

10)Now add cooked pasta mix well
11)Add grated cheese over top and grill for 5 min till its golden
12)Serve it
