APPLE AND CARROT JUICE FOR KIDS... This drink which i make almost every day for my kid & myself.. As there is a saying 'An apple a days keeps the doctor away; you will surely want to provide all the health possible for your kid.  Apples are rich in antioxidants ,minerals and vitamins like A, B1, B2 and C..vitamins which are responsible for the development of muscle tissue , skin, blood and  bones in children..
